Paul learned contentment in both abundance and need. His confidence was not that every circumstance would become comfortable, but that Christ would strengthen him through changing circumstances. Contentment grows when gratitude replaces constant comparison and when we trust the Lord to sustain us. Seek faithfulness in the situation you have today.
