Day 24 · King James Version
Today’s Scripture
Romans 15:13 (KJV)
“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,”
A Message for Your Heart
Hope is not the same as pretending that everything will work out exactly as we imagine. Biblical hope is rooted in God Himself.
Paul calls God the God of hope and prays that believers will abound in hope through the Holy Ghost. Joy and peace grow as faith rests in the Lord.
When discouragement rises, turn to a promise of Scripture. Share an encouraging word with someone else, and ask God to nourish hope in both your hearts.
A Moment to Reflect
What promise of God helps you keep hope today?
Today’s Prayer
God of hope, fill my heart with joy and peace in believing. Help me encourage others with Your truth. Amen.
Carry This With You
Hope grows from trusting the God of hope.
