A Message for Your Heart
Sometimes our greatest concern is not what happens around us but what is happening within us: resentment, pride, or a growing distance from what is right.
In Psalm 51, David asks God for a clean heart after acknowledging serious sin. The prayer does not excuse wrongdoing; it seeks inward renewal and a right spirit.
Be honest with the Lord about what needs to change. Confess wrong without excuses, make amends where possible, and ask Him to shape your desires as well as your actions.
