A Message for Your Heart
Some mornings arrive with more questions than answers. The unfinished tasks, the news we fear, and the needs of people we love can crowd our thoughts before the day has even begun.
The psalmist does not say that trouble will never come. He tells us where to turn when it does. The LORD is not merely a distant idea of safety; He is refuge and strength for His people.
You may still have difficult conversations or responsibilities ahead. Bring them to God one by one. Ask for strength to do the next right thing, and remember that trouble does not place you beyond His care.

Which concern can you name before the Lord rather than carrying it silently?
Today’s Prayer
Father, You know what weighs on me. Help me seek shelter in You, act wisely today, and remember Your nearness when fear rises. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
